FireRisk.ai Partner Network · Founding Partner Program
Free tools. Free leads.
We only make money when you close.
Homeowners watch fires on our site. When they want the danger gone, we hand them to one local pro — not five. We’re launching with just ten companies nationwide, each owning its own exclusive service area. This page is the entire pitch.

A live wildfire intelligence platform for homeowners: real-time fire maps for all 50 states, free 24/7 alerts pinned to a home's exact address, and per-address risk reports — all built on official government data, not scraped guesses. Independent and founder-run: when you email us, the person who built this answers, and founding partners work with us directly on what gets built next.

fabricated numbers anywhere on the platform — a hard rule
Built on official data from
Why the "zero fabricated numbers" rule matters to you: homeowners trust our alerts because we never cry wolf and never invent urgency — and that trust is exactly why they press the button that becomes your lead. We protect it obsessively, including on this page. Check any claim here against the live site: the map, the alerts, the risk reports.
How this works — in plain English
No funnel jargon. Six steps, start to finish.
Homeowners come to us to watch fires — and to check their own home’s risk
FireRisk.ai runs free live fire maps, free wildfire alerts, and address-by-address risk reports: a homeowner types in their address and gets a 0–100 wildfire risk score for that exact home. All of it built on the same official feeds firefighters use (NIFC, NWS, USFS). People in fire country check us the way they check the weather.
We watch their exact home, around the clock
They give us their address so we can alert them the moment a fire is reported nearby or a Red Flag Warning hits. That means we’re in their inbox at the exact moment fire is on their mind.
When they want the danger gone, they tap one button
“Get my home fire-ready.” One tap sends us their address, photos of their property, and when they want the work done — this month, this season, or just planning.
That request goes to ONE local pro. Not five.
We route each request to the single partner who owns that territory. No bidding wars, no racing four other crews to a phone number that’s already been sold twice.
That pro is you — if you claim your area first
We’re launching with just ten partner companies nationwide to start. Each company claims one exclusive territory — usually the area your crew already serves. Inside your territory, every request comes to you and only you. When your area is taken, it’s taken.
You close the job. Only then do we get paid.
A simple success fee on completed jobs, agreed up front. Never close a FireRisk job? You never owe us a dollar — and you keep every tool anyway.
“We don't buy your leads.
We grow them.”
Think about when a homeowner actually decides to spend money on mitigation: the day a fire shows up near their home, or the day they set up alerts because they're worried. That's exactly where we live. When they raise their hand, they're not comparison-shopping five contractors from a list — they pressed one button on the site they already trust, and it rang you.
Live right now — real fires around a sample 50-mile territory (Evergreen, CO). Yours gets its own map.
The dashed ring is the territory. Every 🔥 is a live NIFC incident. One partner owns everything inside the ring.
Why our model is different
Lead sellers make money selling leads — so they sell the same number four times and charge you either way. Our revenue is your close rate. That one difference explains everything below.
If a lead goes nowhere, you owe nothing — that loss is ours to fix, not yours to absorb.
What you get — live today, not a roadmap
Every tool is running right now. See the sample partner profile and the quote widget demo yourself, or ask and we'll show it working in the first call.
Your own AI quote widget — on your website
One line of code: homeowners snap photos on your site, our AI reads each one, and a pre-scoped job lands in your inbox — from your own traffic. Your website learns to quote.
You quote your way — we do the homework first
Every lead arrives like a pre-inspection: photos plus an AI read. Small jobs are often quotable from photos alone; bigger properties still get your walkthrough — you just arrive already knowing the site. Optional draft numbers come from your own price book, never shown to the homeowner.
Storm command center
When a fire burns inside your territory, your portal shows it live — and homeowners near it who explicitly requested help route straight to you.
Leads with intent built in
Address, property photos with AI findings, and the homeowner’s own answer to “when do you want the work done?” You know who to call first before you dial.
A verified public profile that sells for you
Your page on FireRisk.ai: insurance-verified badge, your job gallery, your response record, and a request form where every submission comes to you alone.
A response record that earns you more territory
The portal tracks your response speed on FireRisk leads. A strong record expands your territory as the network grows — a number you control completely.
What we ask — the partner standard
Free doesn't mean unconditional. The network's value is trust, and trust is a system:
Respond within 24 hours
Homeowners who share a phone number are promised a callback within 24 hours. That promise is the network’s reputation — and yours.
Document the work
Before/after photos to our standard — which become insurer-ready paperwork your customer keeps. Your bid becomes the one that pays the homeowner back at renewal.
Keep the feedback loop on
After each job, the homeowner gets a one-tap “how did it go?” That record is what makes “verified network” provable — for all of us.
Founding Partner terms
The simple version: the first ten companies nationwide get founding status. Each claims one exclusive territory — your normal service area. Inside it, every homeowner request is yours alone. After ten, the founding terms close.
- ▸ The full tool stack is free for founding partners — and stays free as the network grows.
- ▸ You never pay for a lead. Our only revenue is a success fee on jobs you close and get paid for — agreed up front, and founding partners lock their rate for good.
- ▸ Insured operators only — we verify liability insurance at onboarding (and licensing where your state and the work require it). That's what lets us put "verified" next to your name honestly.
- ▸ Founding partners get a direct line on the roadmap — the tools get built around how you actually work.
- ▸ No contracts to start, no minimums, leave anytime. The only lock-in is that this works.
The honest version of urgency: territories are exclusive, the founding group is ten, and the map is being divided now. If your area is claimed before you decide, we'll offer you the nearest open one — but nobody can offer you your own backyard back.
Include your company name, insurance carrier, and service area.
We reply within 24 hours — the same standard we'll hold you to.
FireRisk.ai routes homeowner-initiated requests only — every lead explicitly asked for help and consented to hear from one local pro. Leads are never sold to multiple crews. Territory assignments depend on coverage and response record.
